Rodel is the ultimate all-around muscle man of the company's woman-dominated company. He represents the older generations' way of running the business while being open to learning new things to keep with digital times. He is our very own "Google", all you have to say is "Hi, Rodel. Where can we find more rattan?" When it comes to keeping things running smoothly, Rodel is the go-to problem solver who knows the ins and outs of every shipment.
Joy, Creative Collaborator
Joy recently gave in to her passion of handcrafting beautiful home decors after working in customer service for over fifteen years. Joy’s decade of customer service experience has only deepened her understanding of what customers truly love, fueling her passion for handcrafted décor. Her desire to create Boho decors from Philippine natural fibers has now allowed her to blossom into a Creative Collaborator for Sunshine Pilipinas while founding her own JJM Handicrafts.
Micah, Behind-the-scenes Partner
Micah joined Sunshine Pilipinas pretty early on the digitalization journey. She's ready to grab her sandals and her beautiful daughter, affectionately called Boomboom, as she dashes out the door to talk to vendors, inspect products, file paperwork and dispatch shipments. As long as she can work-from-anywhere while taking care of our customers and vendors, she's all in!
